Your Google My Business account can be managed fro-m Daycare Promotion. An active GMB profile, along with lots of reviews will push your daycare further up the Google map listings. In Mass Email Templates you will find an email template which encourages customers to leave you a review, send this out frequently to increase your performance and attract new customers.
Click on Login to Google
Choose the google account associated with your Google my business profile.
On the next screen click “Continue” and the following two screens to grant permission to the Daycare Promotion system to manage areas of your account, such as adding posts, images and replying to reviews.
You will be brought back to Daycare Promotion System and should now see 3 options “Posts”, “Reviews” and “Media”.
Manage Posts
Click on “Posts”. This will show a list of existing posts and a button to add a new post.
Click “Add New Post”
Click “Choose file”, select and image fro-m your computer and click “open”
Enter a post title.
Enter the post content.
Click Save.
Go to Google and search for your business. Under “updates” your new post will appear.
To delete a post click on the red trash can icon.
Manage Reviews
This page will show all of your google reviews; replying to your reviews is a great way to keep GMB updated and keep you high on the map.
Click on the green “reply” button, this will open a panel where you can reply to the review.
To delete a reply click on the red trash can icon below each reply.
Manage Media
This page displays the images fro-m your GMB profile.
To upload an image click on “Choose file”, select an image fro-m your computer and click “open”.
Go to your Google profile and click on images to view your images on your GMB profile.
To delete images click on the red trash can icon below each image in Daycare Promotion System.
